Coaching Style

My coaching style is direct and open with a healthy dose of humor. I will listen, be empathetic, and act as a catalyst to support you as you work towards your goals. I believe that we are happier and more fulfilled when we are able to bring our whole selves to any given situation, so my coaching takes a holistic approach.

Coaching Experience

I have coached corporate professionals for over a decade, working with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits. Serving a variety of industries and spanning every level of the workplace, my clients range from MBA candidates to first time managers to senior executives around the world. I have experience in a variety of coaching modalities that enable me to successfully coach individuals from all cultural backgrounds and occupational specialties.

Life Before Coaching

With real world experience in HR leadership roles, I bring a unique perspective to what it means to be a leader. Prior to coaching, I served as the Director of HR for an international technology company where I oversaw leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition, talent strategy, and training.
